Siteman, MacDonald, Foster Win Jack Robar Memorial Men's Triples

It was a great weekend at the Wanderers Lawn Bowls Club in Halifax as the 2024 edition of the Jack Robar Memorial Men’s Triples took to the greens. In the final, it was the Dartmouth combo of John Siteman, Raymond MacDonald and Gordon Foster who took out this year’s title with a nail biting 11-9 win over the Wanderers/Bedford combo of Chris Cooper, Don Murchy and Kevin Stewart. In the 3rd place game, it was the Wanderers trio of Matt Sebastian, Hal Jones and Mike LeBlanc who took out the final spot on the podium with a 12-5 win over Mark Singer, Mark Robar and Eric Veinot. Thanks to all the teams who competed throughout the weekend who put on a great show, to the Wanderers Lawn Bowling Club volunteers led by Robar and Singer for organizing and to the greens crew for having the surface in tip top shape for the event. Up next on the LBNS calendar, all eyes head to the other side of the harbour as Team Nova Scotia competes in the 2024 Atlantic Bowls Championship.
