Siteman, Siteman & MacDonald win Cobequid Open Triples

It was a great day yesterday at the Cobequid Lawn Bowls Club for their second club tournament of the year- the 2024 Cobequid Annual Invitational Open Triples! 7 teams from across Nova Scotia battled it out for top honours with lots of great shots across the greens. Congratulations to John Siteman, Ann Marie Siteman and Raymond MacDonald who won this year’s title with an undefeated 3-0 record on the day. 2nd place went to Debbie Tower, Rick Fry and Sue Ellen Horne while 3rd place went to George Wood, Sandi Messer and Wayne Creelman. Thanks to Bill Wesley and the crew in Truro for putting on another great event especially after battling through the rain in the final session of the day! The next event on the LBNS calendar is the Frank Hamilton Memorial Mixed Triples in a few weeks at St. Mary’s.
