Reeves, Comeau win Bedford Janet Merry Mixed Pairs

​On Saturday, 12 teams battled it out on the greens of the Bedford Lawn Bowls Club in the Janet Merry Mixed Pairs. Congratulations to Carolyn Reeves and Hector Comeau (Bedford LBC) who captured this year’s title. 2nd Place went to the team of Betty MacAlpine and Doug McLearn (Bedford LBC), and 3rd Place went to Jim and Patti Granville (Wanderers LBC). The consolation prize went to the team of Richard Tracey and Linda Deveau of Bedford LBC. Thanks to Kathy Myketyn for umpiring for the event and to Jane Wentzell, the daughter of Janet Merry, who presented the prizes.
